Xavier Health’s mission is to foster education, collaboration and innovation among institutions that manufacture, distribute or provide regulatory oversight to the drug and medical device industries. Its vehicle for change is conferences, and its competitive advantage is a unique relationship with the FDA that allows conference attendees to have direct contact with FDA representatives for information sharing and feedback.

Graphica worked with Xavier Health to refresh its brand messaging and communicate that distinct advantage with strategic messaging and a bold, interruptive visual style. We developed a consistent, compelling look for all conference materials, attention-grabbing banners, interactive direct mail pieces, electronic communications and the website. By understanding what Xavier Health’s industry, academic, and regulatory colleagues needed to gain to justify conference participation, we were able to underscore the value and concrete deliverables each conference/seminar could promise. The result? Over the past 2 years of Graphica’s involvement in branding and promotions, Xavier Health’s conference attendance has met all primary goals and total revenues have increased by a very healthy 35%.
